• Responsible to achieve assigned target and goals through excellent professional facial treatment service in all aspects e.g. technical, consultation and customer service.
• Attend to customer’s requests and enquiries.
• Able to make professional recommendations of products, face cleansing treatments and packages to customers.
• Build positive relationships and demonstrate customer service oriented.
• Ensure cleanliness, sterilizing and maintenance of equipment, treatment rooms, and clinic.
• Handle documentation, phone calls, basic administration duties and appointments.
• Ensure all required stock or items are refilled accordingly.
• To assist other duties as assigned.
